Telehealth Counseling with Ida Kenna, LPC

Therapy is a place to slow down and tell the truth about your life. It is a space where you do not have to have it all figured out and where you can show up exactly as you are.

All sessions are offered through secure telehealth. Meeting online allows therapy to fit more gently into your life while still providing a meaningful and connected experience. You can show up from a space that feels comfortable and familiar to you.

    Women’s Issues

Many women come to therapy carrying more than anyone realizes. Expectations, responsibilities, self doubt, and the pressure to hold everything together can slowly wear you down.

In our work together, we create space to talk honestly about what it is like to be you. This may include

    • self worth and self trust
    • people pleasing and boundaries
    • body image and identity
    • anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion
    • relationships and communication
    • reconnecting with your values and voice

My goal is not to fix you. It is to help you come home to yourself with more compassion and clarity.

    Late Adolescents & Young Adults

Late adolescence is a season filled with big questions and tender moments. It is often when anxiety, self doubt, and pressure show up more loudly.

I support teens and young adults as they navigate

    • identity and self discovery
    • academic and career stress
    • family relationships and independence
    • confidence and belonging
    • anxiety, depression, and overwhelm

Therapy during this stage is about learning how to sit with uncertainty, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self that can grow with you.

    Adult Life Transitions

Change can be exciting and it can be deeply unsettling. Even transitions we choose can stir up fear, grief, or doubt.

I work with adults moving through transitions such as

    • career changes or uncertainty
    • relationship changes including marriage, separation, or divorce
    • becoming a parent or redefining yourself beyond caregiving
    • grief and loss
    • feeling unfulfilled or disconnected from your life

Together, we focus on helping you move forward with intention rather than pressure.
